  24. ANY decent BUTCHER can turn any kind of meat into mince, if you don't have your own mincer at home. "Ground" is the Yank term for minced, so it should be fine. Spices are even better if they are gently ground and / or toasted (especially FENNEL!) before adding to food. See Indian cooking as an example... The Goanna lizard on St Bees got so big because of the introduced Wild Goat population that was on the island. My mate and I were sent there to cull the herd...
