  1. ANY decent BUTCHER can turn any kind of meat into mince, if you don't have your own mincer at home. "Ground" is the Yank term for minced, so it should be fine. Spices are even better if they are gently ground and / or toasted (especially FENNEL!) before adding to food. See Indian cooking as an example... Excellent first effort! 👍 They look YUMMY! 😋 Now you can tweak the recipe any way you like! 😄 M 🏏🦘😎
