  11. Perhaps a major hurdle to finding out about only the ENGLISH language (let alone ALL languages) is the simple fact that it has NEVER stayed the same. ENGLISH has continually evolved and grown and words change their meaning within a week or even a day, sometimes. Shakespeare INVENTED words we now use easily. Many other languages may be more stable, but are harder to track down and find. Either way, it's a huge task. Possible? Perhaps.......
