  1. The thing about "intent" of the framers is that it is unknowable and, as we look back from further away from the day of original drafting, our view is shaped by the time of 'viewing'. So, the 'view' continually evolves (one way or another) and all we can rely on is CASE LAW. This is why the US judiciary MUST NOT be politically appointed - yet it is. That's a fail, IMO. That the judiciary told Cenk "NO" is the crucial point, not how 'good' his argument was. He's now a dangerous thorn in Biden's side and isn't a Team player... 👺 M 🦘🏏😎
