Thank you, Vinnie, for being here and speaking for this poor child. I got really emotional by your reaction. I also really appreciate the professionalism of both the prosecution and defense. Both did a great job considering the heinous nature of this case. I hope this despicable person rots in prison and is faced with the same torture she inflicted on this innocent boy.

She's so guilty

Wondered the same. That broad needs to have charges against her for failing as Q's guardian.
47
I agree, but the man is just doing his job. He obviously doesn't have much to work with, and this young man is the key. I also think he's going a bit easy on Paul, specifically because he doesn't want to put off the jury. I don't know how some of these defense attorneys can do what they do, especially with monsters like this "mother."
39
Β @lifepathnumbernine6607Β Β I saw that too! How awesome was that? π
36
Thank you, Bethany, for the verdict, service and for coming into the light and sharing what the jury went through during deliberation. Very much appreciated βοΈπβοΈπ

I can't understand with all that she has said or done that indicates she was preparing to take Gary out, how people can think that Scott did it, and not her. Is it the stupid bullets in his apartment? That's so hinky, wake up, people.
26
I'm so sorry that you went through all that. I really appreciate you articulating what was going on with you mentally and emotionally because I believe this young man was brainwashed by his monstrous mother. I don't understand how some people can say he's just as much to blame when it is crystal clear what the situation was. I don't get how people can lack that much empathy or even intuition. So, thank you for sharing π Praying that you have found some kind of peace with all that has happened to you. Sending hugs π« π€ πβοΈβ€οΈ

Wow!! The whole "if I had anything to do with it, I'll take full responsibility," screams "I'm guilty," and then coming out with that text at 1:41:55 is absolutely insane! She's so desperate at this point. And look at her blinking patterns after the State shows the text to the Feds. Every aspect of this case just pegs her as guilty. LWOP.
23
Couldn't have said it better myself. Plus, how many people did she throw under the bus, including her own brother? Sociopathic and her mother's puppet.
21
It was pretty awesome. He told her EXACTLY how it is. Diabolical, sick and disgusting. Good for you, buddy.
20
She thinks she's smarter than everyone else and thought she could talk her way out of this. Then she completely crumbled on cross and made herself look really guilty, even with the fake dramatics. Now she doesn't want to participate... because she's a selfish coward.
18
Did you see her "what the" look she gave her defense attorney after he said "no further questions"?? πππ
18
She'd be blowing her nose with that tissue if she was really crying.
17
How old is she? 89? That's old. Being in your 60s in not old. For those who think otherwise... lmao! Just you wait. You will be "old," too ππ
16
Yeah. This judge has gotta go.
15
Amber Heard and her histrionics.
15
He's clearly disabled and terrified of his mother. He also doesn't appear to be in the best health. For those of you who are saying he should be held accountable, I suggest you check out the case of Therian Wimbush, who had 10 children who all slept in the same room and locked her oldest (12 y/o) in a basement for almost two years. It's an interesting yet very sad situation on how much the abused son loved his sociopathic mother even after all the awful things she put him through. I believe this is a similar dynamic. I agree that some accountability is necessary, but he is also a victim in this case. I believe he was straight-up brainwashed by his mother.
14
He truly was. Poor little thing. Rest in Peace, Little Man π’ππ
14
Even family can't be trusted at times. So sorry you are going through this. Be careful and stay safe π
14
Hopefully that (Casey Anthony outcome) will never EVER happen again. That was some bulllshit
13
Even tho Quinton wasn't Danny's son, I'm sure her intent was the same. It was all about him. She is one sick ticket with the emotional maturity of a toddler.
13
Agree, I also have the utmost respect for the defense attorney. He did his job, was very professional, gave kudos to the prosecution, and spoke honestly after the fact. That's a criminal defense attorney I will seek out to watch in the future.
12
I really despise this sick, evil wrench. On my top 5 Disgusting Mothers list.
12
She's just looking for sympathy, especially when her own awful words are being read aloud in court. How damning, especially with the "hunger strike" situation. Straight up busted.
9
Oh my goodness, yeah, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. Already an hour in the State's opening and the mistakes she made. It baffles me some of the snafus of criminals π€‘
9
Great description πππ
9
Agree re: Paul. She had him totally brainwashed.
8
Like Amber Heard's big book of nothing... π
8
They are all responsible. I think Wendy was "poor me," and the brother and mom had to "protect her daughter and her babies." They all should be found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder at the minimum.
8
That was a wond wonderful statement made by Gary's brother. RIP Gary Farris π
7
Exacly. More judicial clown antics π€‘
7
For those of you "defending" her, there is NO WAY that she did not know about the entire scheme. Her MO is to lie and play innocent. She probably did that all her life. She couldn't even admit to being unfaithful to her ex-BF. She's playing the Amber Heard "I'm totally perfect," and we all know that's BS. Truth is, we have no idea what law enforcement has against her. They usually wait patiently and build their case. And here we are...her mother Donna was arrested less than 12 hours ago. It's only a matter of time for this hideous crime to catch up with Wendi.
7
Money honey. There is NOTHING honorable about Rusty.
7
βΒ @JacubTiger505Β that's some run-on sentence.
7
βΒ @lizhodges7899Β noticed that as well π
7
People use condescension to make themselves feel better. But to be sarcastic and nasty on top of that is just being a plain old garden variety bully.βΒ @SweptbytheseaΒ
7
Β @Amanda-cn3pkΒ Agree; if they we're trying to blame the son, then I don't think they did such a good job. This young man was under his mother's thumb and was terrified of her and just wanted her approval. That what I believe, anyway, and the defense really showed that with their questioning.
7
Β @lindaadelwerth8042Β Yeah, BJ needs a good dose of justice, too. And I agree... there's something about this little boy. He would have grown up to be such a handsome man. It's truly tragic, and for what? Sympathy from her boyfriend?? I just don't get it π
7
LMAO!! Nothing is EVER this woman's fault. She's such a narcissist that's it's frightening. I bet all previous attorneys pretty much told her the same thing. Take the message, honey. I wish she would go Pro Se so we can move along already and get some entertainment out of this, too.
6
I think this clown Jason thinks he is so dang smart, yet he doesn't realize that the State used his testimony to deliver an excellent argument. That rebuttal was fantastic π
6
π It's kinda true, tho. This is some Lifetime made for TV scandal right here.
6
Where did you see the footage of her while this young man was testifying? Is that when that POS had her "episode?" Thanks for the info...
6
I think her convo with her jailbird son was intentional. She was looking for sympathy re: the unalive herself comment. I bet she was hoping to get transferred to a nice, cushy hospital... but she ended up with no sheets and that turtle suit instead π
6
Yeah, Boone is absolutely my most despised woman on trial right now...just based on how she is stringing the system along and how everyone is wrong and out to get her, etc. This broad and Melody Farris are neck-in-neck IMO. What is it with these crazyass broads?? Her little performance of smirking while passing notes like she's in middle school is just plain obnoxious. What an immature, manipulative sick ticket!
6
5:40 Wait. Did she really say "I think its emotionally abusive to suggest someone has mental health issues." Devil's in the details, dear. That's not a fair statement to make IMO. Especially if a loved one brings it uo because they are sincerely worried about you. The fact that you think it's emotionally abusive indicates that you're in complete denial that you might have some things you need to work on. Like being a complete Mommy's Girl.
6
Ugh, I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to watch her testify (perjure herself). She's already told plenty of lies throughout the investigation... we can trust what she is... a liar and a monster.
6
For those who feel sorry for her, did anyone watch the evidence presented by the State on the same day before closing arguments?? Jury got it right.
6
βΒ @vanessas2363Β πππ That literally made me laugh out loud π€£
6
βΒ @innocentnemesis3519Β Very smug. Holysmokes, not a good vibe you want to send out to the jury. Is she really that dumb? Or is she so impulsive that she can't control herself?
