  10. Absolutely, I'm pretty sure it was her (and perhaps her mother's) intent for Charlie to take all the heat for this. I bet my next paycheck that Wendi is the Golden Child and Charlie is the family scapegoat. Wendi probably does everything her Mommy says, but Charlie not so much. That's why Charlie ended up where he is.

  19. 100% She ain't taking responsibility; her lawyer probably advised her to take this route and throw Jodi completely under the bus. Especially considering she essentially documented her abusive nature for all the internet to see prior to hooking up with Jodi. The only self-reflection this broad did was "How can I save face and get out of this as much as I can?" I had a feeling one would roll over on the other. Ruby's a horrible excuse for a mother and should have been investigated and charged a long time ago.

  22. I think we need to clarify something here. Should he have kept going back? Definitely not (even though it's not that simple). But in this particular case, he most likely needed to be hospitalized and just wanted to lay down and rest. I think she's a narcissistic, crazy, entitled little twit, but I think most of her rage is fueled when she's under the influence..which is probably often. She tore that man up before taking his life. Absolutely all the texts and evidence about their relationship's dynamic should be admissible... especially if she's going for a self-defense case. It's not fair to play "choosies" when the evidence doesn't work out in your favor.

  48. TBH, I kinda align with the witness in her beliefs... however I agree that it was not appropriate to get into that on the stand. It really discredited her as a witness. Very unfortunate & bad news for the prosecution.
