@seaside2001 Brian Peckford is the only remaining individual that helped draft the charter, he is also heading a lawsuit against the federal government for violating it; and you are who? Also, I worked for the government as well (the federal government with a clearance). I've thoroughly read, studied, and have been tested on the charter; matter of fact, the charter was a specialty of mine. The one who needs to do their research is clearly you....
