  18. @Vic 2.0 it’s the system that Bernie has an issue with, the billionaires are the ones who just take advantage of it and manipulate it, and also buy off corrupt politicians in order to change it incrementally over time for their own financial gain. What Bernie is saying is it’s gone too far, and now just a handful of people literally own half the wealth in the country, while poverty is at an all time high and the middle class is shrinking. Wealthy corporations use to pay taxes, over time these decreased to the point where they now pay none at all, due to an ideology called “the trickle down effect” that’s when the billionaires started flourishing and accumulating more and more wealth, at the expense of the American citizens. All Bernie wants to do is try to balance things out again, so that people a better looked after and there’s a bit more money going around in the economy.

That’s funny, because I live in Australia and we have one of the best healthcare systems in the world, and it’s government run, and all we pay is less than 2% income tax and every single persons covered. People that earn less than $15,000US per year pay 0$ tax, and still receive the same healthcare. Even temporary residents on a visa get it. It’s called Medicare.

  22. When Trump became President the world literally laughed, was embarrassed for Americans, and felt sick at the same time. Everyone I’ve ever met here in Australia believes Trump is a complete moron, and that he should never have been President in the first place. But we do understand why he did, because it came down to choosing the devil you don’t know, rather than the devil you know, in Hillary Clinton. Pretty shit options. Now you’re country has an opportunity to make up for it, and to elect someone truly worthy of leading the country, and be respected again by other nations. You’re very lucky to have a second chance at being able to elect Bernie Sanders as President. Try not to fuck it up again.
