  3. @Lawrence Miller SEC. 107: “It shall be unlawful for- (1) a private health insurer to sell health insurance coverage that duplicates the benefits provided under this Act; or (2) an employer to provide benefits for an employee, former employe, or the dependants of an employee or former employee that duplicate the benefits under this Act.” “Nothing in this Act shall be constructed as prohibiting the sale of health insurance coverage for any additional benefits not covered by this Act, including additional benefits that an employer may provide to their employees or their dependants, or to former employees or their dependants.” Medicare For All doesn’t eliminate private insurance, it actually states that they can continue to function, as long as they don’t copy or put a price on what will be provided to the public for free. Medicare For All will make all public doctors available, there will be no out of pocket expenses after visiting a doctor, and there will be no paperwork at all. How do I know this?
