I can’t believe your country still doesn’t have Medicare for all, it’s been a standard system here in Australia for many years, and is brilliant. Picture this: you go to the doctor and as you walk out after seeing him the receptionist waves goodbye and says “have a nice day”, you don’t have to pay a cent! Because it’s already pre-covered by the nations taxes. No need wasting time and money, as well as extra stress, on crooked money making schemes such as an insurance agency’s. The people in your country that can’t see how Medicare for all is beneficial are either naive, ignorant or stupid.

@prometheus5700 what on earth?! If you have a breathing problem here you get an appointment right away, or at least within a few hours, depending on the severity. But obviously if it’s more specific and needs specialised treatment, it’s usually only a couple of weeks wait to see an expert or a surgeon. That’s how it works here, with a government run system. Mate.
