  3. @mrs0019 per capita is irrelevant, you’re always going to have fluctuations with different population variants with this analysis. For example, you might have a tiny country of just a couple of thousand citizens, if 100% of those citizens were to contract COVID does that make them the worst in the world? Yes, but it’s stupid to compare that to a country which has hundreds of millions of citizens and hundreds of thousands dead. So, what IS relevant is the percentage of cases per million (Median), that gives you a direct understanding of how well a country is doing. That country, with say 2,000 citizens with COVID only has “2,000 per million”, where as a larger country, like the USA, could have 7.5 million infected, but per million it would equal out to around 2%, “2,000 per million”. Exactly the same.

  4. @mrs0019 that answer no one knows. Some country’s they only test symptomatic people, others they test basically everyone. What I do know is there’s been basically no virus at all here in Australia, other than a small outbreak in Melbourne that they got on top of right away. But from all the tests they done in every other city they all have shown up negative, and these were done on symptomatic people. Can you say the same for America? This is how you can make your own general judgment on how each country is doing, by the data presented, and the news covering their current situations.
