@JosephSolomon American voters DO get to decide, but they also need to have a better understanding of how other countries healthcare systems work, and which really is the best, so that they can make the best choice on which candidate to support for that particular aspect.
Saying that, as an Australian that has lived in multiple countries and experienced multiple healthcare systems, ours is very good and definitely much better than the U.S. current system (which is basically a corrupt corporate financing scheme). But Australian Medicare still leaves out a lot of important things that do directly impact a persons health, such as Dental, Hearing, and Eye coverage.
Bernie’s plan includes these things, and overall in my opinion, his Medicare For All healthcare system would be the best in the world.

Pasta Maniac Population is irrelevant, because you have more people paying tax than we do. It works something like this:
2% of our populations annual income, here in Australia, is around 25 Billion (population 25M x mean annual income 50K = 1.25 Trillion. 2% of 1.25T = 25 Billion). 25 Billion divided by 25 Million people is $1,000.
2% of the U.S. populations annual income is 320 Billion (population 320M x mean annual income 50K = 16 Trillion. 2% of 16T = 320 Billion). 320 Billion divided by 320 Million people is $1,000.
It adds out to be the same, $1,000 average each year per person in tax, both in Australia and the US, gets you Universal Healthcare coverage.
How much does the average American pay right now for their yearly corporate private health insurance coverage?
A lot more, I’m sure.

@Dr. Todd Grande, I have a question for you...
Before watching the Michael Jackson “documentary” I was always unsure weather he was guilty of these crimes with these children he was accused of, you could say that “I was on the fence”, but after watching Leaving Neverland, I was CONVINCED he was innocent.
To me it seemed blatantly obvious that these people, particularly Wade & James, were lying through there teeth. Where as the majority of the media and general public were the opposite, and seemed convinced he was guilty.
After researching these cases throughly for a few weeks I had determined he was indeed innocent, and just a famous, wealthy, misunderstood and misinterpreted man who was a victim of extortion, and still is.
My question is: Why would I view, something such as this presented to me, completely differently and the opposite to someone else? Why do I, like you, become more sceptic the more these accusers speak, yet others become more convinced? And to this day, I firmly believe he is innocent, where as they firmly believe he is guilty?

JB Jones on my dads side they were New Zealand Maori, and lived shoeless in the bush! 😅
Some still do, to a certain extent.
As a kid, my uncle and I would stay with my grandparents, sometimes months at a time. They had no power, no running water, and their house was basically wooden boards and canvas sheets as a roof. We would wash ourselves, and our clothes, in the local river with bars of soap. I would dig out their long-drop toilet holes up to my eye level (any deeper and I couldn’t get out). We would fill large containers of water in town from taps to drink. We had a fire outside with bricks and an iron plate that we would cook on each night. Candles were our lighting, and we played cards at night for entertainment. During the day we would work on repairs here and there, play sports, fish, and collect and shell oysters from the bay. Only ever had enough money for petrol to get to town and back, and buy a little food.
My uncle lost his leg in a barge accident when he was 30, and only received $100US a week for disability.
We were all extremely poor, but still, I love my childhood.

That question was a direct attack at Bernie, and he picked up on it instantly with his response “I’m white as well”. They were try to sear him as a bad guy for “getting in woman’s way” and that he should “move aside to let a woman in”.
The wonderful thing with Bernie Sanders, is that he would absolutely move aside and let a woman in, I’m sure he would even support that woman, if he thought she were to have a strong, or if not stronger, shot at defeating the “oligarchy” he knows they would be facing.
But when you consider everything Bernie Sanders brings to the table as a candidate - 40 year history of progressive politics, refusing corporate bribe money, marching with Dr. Martin Luther King, and even going to jail for chaining himself with African American women in support of their equal rights - it’s very difficult to find a woman who can match that and be willing to go all the way and taking on the Establishment.
Bernie knows that he has the best shot and winning the nomination, defeating Trump, and being able to make a change for the better, and that’s the only reason he’s even running.

Today, while hanging out my washing, I was thinking of this very thing. It seems to be an endless recycling of “establishment” democrats that win the vote, and it’s designed to be inevitable,. Because they have the money, they have the power, they have the corruption, and they even cheat to win. I was thinking to myself, if they cheat again, and we know they will, what can be done about it? How can they be dethroned and put away for good? Can they even be?
As far as I can tell, Bernie is right. The people of America are the only ones that can stop all of the manipulative corruption. But there are so many naive and brainwashed idiots out there that vote for stupid nonsensical reasons, that ultimately doesn’t even benefit them. I feel it’s all a loss. But will still be optimistic.

I’m not a conservative, but I looked into this topic with a microscope, and it would seem the kid shot in self defence...
Here is video footage of the moment leading up to when the first guy gets shot in the head, and also eyewitness account from the reporter who was right there just a few feet away of the first shooting.
In it, you can see Kyle in the green shirt, gray cap, and orange and black medical bag by his side, he’s in the distance on the right between the cars. Directly behind him you can see the man chasing after him in a crouched posture with a handgun in his right hand, he has a red bandanna covering his head and face.
When he reaches Kyle he raises the handgun. Kyle sees this as he’s turning around to face the man, then he quickly raises his rifle and shoots the attacker in the head while continuing to run away. The shirtless man falls to the ground. Kyle then circles back around the car to see exactly what had happened to the man.
The third person in the footage, in the black shirt, is a reporter trying to defuse the situation. When he sees the man get shot and fall to the ground he immediately runs to his aid, then takes off his own shirt and begins to assist the man. Kyle comes up and looks down over his shoulder. The reporter then tells Kyle to call the police. Kyle then takes out his phone and calls the police and states “I just shot somebody”, then jogs away from the scene as people start approaching. (From here on is when the second shooting occurs, when he is chased down the street and attacked.)
At the start of this video, the man acting aggressive in the red shirt yelling “shoot me nigger” is the man that chases after Kyle and gets shot in the head. You can tell it’s the same guy because of his facial hair, 3/4 jeans, and light-brown pants belt:

@Smaakjeks K Jewelry is right, it’s completely rigged. It’s not a conspiracy at all. The primary way they rig it is by getting the machines to manipulating the numbers in favour of the candidate of their choosing, which is very simple. And the Exit Polls being so far out ARE the proof that the election is fraudulent. In other countries, all around the world, if the Exit Polls are off by as little as 2%, they either redo the voting, shut it down completely, or riot the streets, and the people in charge of the election are arrested or killed, because the people know they’re being cheated.
The DNC are willing to take this risk, because Americans are currently naive and clueless to this.

This is my neck of the woods, doc, I live in northern Perth. I have to admit, we've all had our young daughters on a tight lead here in WA, since Cleo went missing. It's extremely scary, the thought of your daughter getting snatched. Trying times, being a parent. Although, it's relatively unheard of in these parts, and like you said, it would almost always be a family member. Gotta say, the cops were great, they really did do everything perfect, I'm glad to have that type of support around.
As for the perpetrator, being aboriginal, he will probably get some sort of lenience in the court, if he behaves himself until then, which doesn't look like he is.

I’m not a conservative but I looked into this topic with a microscope...

@Mercury Wolff They don’t want Bernie to win. This entire Primary is about them stopping Bernie from winning. Remember who the DNC works for... the Establishment. Which are Wall Street, the fossil fuel industry, insurance companies, the billionaires and a number of other industries and corporations. These special interest donors are the ones directly telling the DNC exactly what they want the future to look like. Which is their profiteering off of the backs of Americans. And they’ve chosen Biden as their candidate, now all the money from them is flooding to him, hundreds of millions of $ will be at his disposal.
And you know what?... they donate to both parties. Trump works for them just like Biden does.
Bernie wants to tax them so that he can give Americans quality and affordable healthcare, free college tuition, and wipe away student debt, as well as a number of other progressive incentives.
To them, and the DNC elite who work for them, Bernie Sanders is the true enemy, Trump is just a bit of banter.

Two days ago I went to see my doctor concerning inflammation on my knee... it was free. Yesterday I went to get an ultrasound scan on it... that was free, too. Today I got a cortisone injection on that same knee, and guess what... that was also free.
Because the taxes I pay cover almost all of my medical expenses, around $1000 per year, and it’s about the same for the guy next door, as well as the guy on the other side of the country, and the temporary visitor on a working visa. Because, here in Australia, we ALL contribute towards Universal Healthcare... Medicare (For All).
Joe Biden and the Democratic Establishment are crooks, who wants to continue to rip you off just so they can fill the pockets of their corporate overlords.
You’re being taken for a ride, America, and the whole world can see it.

@Gros Buck you’re comments are incoherent and make no sense. Bernie Sanders is the antithesis of Donald Trump. Trump represents lies, political corruption, the billionaire class, and greed, where as Bernie Sanders represents, honesty, integrity, dignity, anti-political corruption, and the working class.
He has a grass-roots movement that is exactly what is needed to defeat Trump, no one else has all this. When put up against Trump in the General Election he WILL win.

@A Paid NASA Shill It was basically a simplified example, demonstrating to the commenter how it works out to be the same no matter the population. The difference, between both countries, would be the actual percentage difference of how much you are taxed. In reality, ours is 2%, yours will be 4%. The higher percentage in yours is only because the standard of Medicare will quite literally be the best in the world.
For example, ours doesn’t cover Eyeglasses, Dental, Hearing Aids, etc. seperate private insurance IS needed for those here, if we choose to have it, but it WILL be included with yours.
Here’s the official Medicare For All Act of 2019: sanders.senate.gov/download/medicare-for-all-2019-summary?id=FA52728F-B57E-4E0D-96C2-F0C5D346A6E1&download=1&inline=file
And if you have the time and patience, here’s the FULL Medicare For All Bill in detail: documentcloud.org/documents/5812900-Medicare-for-All-Act-of-2019.html#document/p1

Robin Flatt No, you misinterpreted the statement. The “Medicare Levy” IS the the Medicare tax itself, not in addition to Medicare. It’s just added to your usual tax.
“The Medicare levy is 2% of your taxable income, in addition to the tax you pay on your taxable income.”
Which means it’s just added to the usual tax payed to the government for other services.
(eg. 20% taxable income, plus 2% Medicare Tax, Totals 22% tax paid)
“Your Medicare levy is reduced if your taxable income is below a certain threshold. In some cases, you may not have to pay the levy at all.”
“You do not have to pay the Medicare levy if your taxable income is equal to or less than $22,398”
“You will pay only part of the Medicare levy if your taxable income is between $22,398 and $27,997”
Medicare levy reduction for low-income earners: ato.gov.au/individuals/medicare-levy/medicare-levy-reduction-for-low-income-earners/
The only other tax, that may be on top of the Medicare Levy, is the “Surcharge” of 1% - 1.5% if you earn over $90,000: ato.gov.au/individuals/medicare-levy/medicare-levy-surcharge/

Here’s the current Australian tax rate system if you’re interested: https://www.exfin.com/australian-tax-rates I personally think this is still majorly flawed, we tax people making just over $180 thousand the same as someone making $180 MILLION a year, or a BILLION! It’s ridiculous and would be quite easy to fix...
1: Reduce taxable income to lower and middle class tax payers by around 50% (below $180,000), and increase the tax-free level to $20,000
2: Add additional levels to the taxable income thresholds, somewhere in the region of
- $180,001-$500,000. 40c for every $1 over $180,000
- $500,001-$2,000,000. 45c for every $1 over $500,000
- $2,000,001-$10,000,000. 50c for every $1 over $2,000,000
- $10,000,001-$100,000,000. 55c for every $1 over $10,000,000
- $100,000,001 and over. 60c for every $1 over $100,000,000

TheLongestNa meIcouldThinkOfTheThird everything that’s too extreme is always a problem, but implementing a few more social ideas isn’t extreme.
For example, we’ve had Medicare here in Australia since the early 80’s, and all we pay is less than 2% tax and everyone in the country is covered, even temporary residents. Why is this a bad thing? It’s not, it’s a great thing, yet Republicans abuse it like it’s awful, and have never themselves lived in a world where they’ve experienced it.
It’s ridiculous how you have to depend on your job to provide it for you, or pay for expensive private insurance yourself - with added bills, and company’s that try to also deny coverage in order to make a profit off of you. It’s stupid.
Do yourself a favour and step out of you ignorant box, socialism isn’t a bad when everyone that needs it benefits from it, that why we have public schools and hospitals, and social security, these are social programmes just like Medicare For All, to make the lives of people easier, more affordable, and more comfortable.

He‘s expressing his concern, and there’s nothing wrong with that. I actually agree with him. To deny we are not living in somewhat of a bubble, which we know is a fact because the YouTube algorithm and other platforms are literally designed that way, is just ignorant.
It can be hard to get a true sense of what actual standard opinions of Bernie are out there. Of course, you can look towards the polls, which would be a more accurate demonstration. But I too notice a scary amount of negative comments about Bernie, that aren’t within the “pro Bernie” channels I follow and are presented with regularly, and, being honest, they are many and aggressive.
This too concerns me.
I believe the majority of them don’t quite understand Bernie’s position, and that he really is the only honest one up there who is most concerned about the wellbeing of the people of America, and is trying his hardest to support their needs. But I’m afraid a lot of people do not realise what their needs actually are, and can’t comprehend, even when told so directly that they are being taken advantage of, what benefits Bernie Sanders is actually offering them, and the beneficial changes Bernie can make to this country.

@T Harp so true.
Looking at these old videos, I always get the impression no one’s listening to him, and it seems the same today. Here he is now stressing the need for universal healthcare, and no one’s listening or taking him seriously, they just belittle, mock and dismiss him, when all it takes is a quick look into the past and you’ll see he’s been right on the issues all along, where you get someone like Biden, who’s has greatly been wrong on the issues throughout his career.
As an Australian, I can tell you, it baffles me why Bernie Sanders isn’t already your president.

Would have been fine if they had legitimate responses, but
“because she’s a woman”
“because she’s got more energy”
“because Bernie’s too old”
these are stupid and quite immature reasonings.
Firstly, what does gender have to do with anything? It’s policy that’s important, no matter what the sex of the individual is. Some may even consider this “sexist”.
Secondly, Bernie does more public speeches and town halls than any of the candidates, including Warren. Just because he doesn’t dye his hair, wear makeup to cover his wrinkles, and jump around like a teenager, mean that he has less energy.
Thirdly, they’re both in their 70’s, does being 8 years apart really make such a difference?
Need I go on?

calichef1962 the government is manipulated by these corrupt corporations and industries, a few being the cigarette, alcohol and pharmaceutical industry’s, which basically made vaping almost illegal here in Australia, yet they sell cigarettes, alcohol and drugs everywhere! It’s a joke.
I smoked for around 10 years, and then switched to vaping, which I found an easy transition. A year later I quit that too, and haven’t done either since, in the last 5 years. But the main thing I did notice was how much better I could breath just after a couple of weeks, once I’d switched to vaping.
Good on you for doing the same. I’m sure you won’t need either, too, when you’re ready.

@cartgamerYT carter Bernie Sanders isn’t rich, I’m a personal trainer that has clients with cars worth more than his houses, and they pay cash for these cars. That’s rich. Bernie and his wife would be considered well-off.
But there’s only one reason he’s running for president, and that’s to stop corporate greed sucking the wealth away from every day Americans, including you. No other candidate is doing this, which means no other candidate cares enough to take it this far, to the point where even his life is in jeopardy, and that’s the reason they smear him as “extreme left”.
Bernie isn’t interested in helping just Black folks, this is a class war he’s in, he wants to help every single middle and lower class American equally, by taxing the fuck out of the MEGA-RICH and giving it to Americans in the form of healthcare and education, along with other things. This will directly impact the poorest Americans the most, including Black folks, and lift up their local economies.

It’s quite obvious, really. The objective of the coolant fluid is to transfer heat away from each component, which will, in turn, increase the heat of the fluid after each. Therefore, as an example, if you were to line 20 GPU’s in a row, and connect each one in a daisy-chain system of tubing, of course the fluid leaving the last GPU is going to be MUCH higher in temperature than the fluid leaving the first GPU. The only reason you notice virtually no difference in just a small number of components is because the temperature of the coolant has barely increased. But it has increased.
I think it would be best to have two radiators, one for the fluid coming out of the CPU and going towards the GPU, and one for the fluid coming out of the GPU going towards the CPU.

@mrs0019 per capita is irrelevant, you’re always going to have fluctuations with different population variants with this analysis. For example, you might have a tiny country of just a couple of thousand citizens, if 100% of those citizens were to contract COVID does that make them the worst in the world? Yes, but it’s stupid to compare that to a country which has hundreds of millions of citizens and hundreds of thousands dead. So, what IS relevant is the percentage of cases per million (Median), that gives you a direct understanding of how well a country is doing.
That country, with say 2,000 citizens with COVID only has “2,000 per million”, where as a larger country, like the USA, could have 7.5 million infected, but per million it would equal out to around 2%, “2,000 per million”. Exactly the same.
