When this case goes before a jury and the prosecution presents its evidence to the court and jury, you can't defend yourself and challenge what they present. If its damning to you, you can't say why you did or didn't do it. The jury gets to decide without hearing your side. You better believe they have damning evidence agaisnt Trump!
