  7.  @meganinwood5470  LMMFAO and for some reason a Grand Jury was convened in the States of NY and Georgia to go over what "evidence" the Prosecutor brings before them and based upon that evidence they make a recommendation to either Prosecute or not. Then its up to the Prosecutor if they want to proceed. If Trump is indicted its obligatory that he appear as the defendant (under arrest) and then he can hear the evidence that is agaisnt him. That's the way it works in our criminal justice system, not through social media or telling your die hard loyalists to PROTEST PROTEST PROTEST because "you think" you're going to get arrested.

At the time of your arrest you must be told why you're being arrested and read your Miranda Rights. The point being... you are still getting arrested! After that, you go before a judge who decides if you're getting bond. THEN you're given a court date and you either plead guilty or not guilty in which case you can have a trial by a "Jury of your peers" or a Bench Trial where a lone Judge will determine your fate. How do I know all this? Because I served as an Officer of the Court for years.
