  10. @kshitizb8890  that's not what I meant at all. If I'm on that jury and he doesn't testify, I'm not going to use common sense to make my decision on if he's guilty, but since he didn't and only called 2 witnesses compared to over 30 by the DA, well, it leans me to think he is probably guilty.

  11. @kshitizb8890  common sense would be letting the defendant testify. common sense would be bringing in witnesses that would refute anything the prosecution brings up. Common sense isn't what the charges are, how they were made, nor how you feel you know how to differentiate between a real crime or political hit job.
