@mhall801 if so it'll be after he's been sentenced. So he'll probably be in prison as his appeal gets looked at.

@mhall801 why on earth not? He's a convicted felon. A jury found him guilty on all 34 charges. Not 1 not 10, but 34. If he would have plead guilty instead of putting the court through finding a jury, hiring extra police, time and money, he may have gotten house arrest. When you gamble and go before a jury and lose...you're getting some time. Count on it.
