  17.  @Moonchilling  campaign finance violations are federal crimes. Trump failed to disclose his payment to Cohen to election officials when he ran for president. What would have been a misdemeanor became a felony when the first crime led to another crime. Thats why Micheal Cohen and Alan Weiselburgh both went to prison for their roles working for trump.
