Why is China now going around the region looking to shore up support now? Their "allies" have been bullied by the Chinese aggression in the South China Sea for years. They have attacked India, Vietnam, and others using trumped-up arguments that the South China Sea belongs to them. They've sunk Vietnamese fishing boats with water cannons with their navy while in Vietnamese waters. They've built artificial islands near other countries and put military bases on them. Killed Indian soldiers at their shared borders. Indebted nearly all of Africa with its Belt and Road initiative. Made no secret that they want to take back Taiwan by force. Now, they have been caught giving targeting information to the Houthis on how to track and sink American warships. Sending troops to Russia to fight against Ukraine. How is this a stable country? What makes people think the Chinese only want "peace?"

@herta3286 America has never claimed to be a saint. America never was a bully. Let's be honest, do you believe world peace would have lasted 80 years without the Americans? I'm sure you don't believe every single bad global issue is America's fault. Let's be very clear. Name the country that stopped the NAZI slaughter? That stopped the imperialist Japanese ransacking of Asia? Who stood up to Stalin and the oppression of Europe? Who gave massive loans to rebuild Japan and Europe? Who stopped Saddam after Iraq decimated Kuwait and threatened Saudi Arabia? Who did Ukraine turn to after it was invaded by Russia? Who established the United Nations to foster diplomacy? Who is currently helping to stop the attacks and sinking of commercial shipping in the Gulf of Aden? Who comes to the aid of nearly every country in need of help after a natural disaster? Who promotes movies and films from all over the world showcasing different customs and beliefs? I don't need to give you answers to any of these questions. If you're being honest, you can come to the correct answer.

@herta3286 The world needs to ask the Chinese to turn over all information, access to all scientists and personnel involved with the COVID19 outbreaks, and documentation for analysis by international courts. Ask them for any information about the fentanyl epidemic in the US. Ask them if they have changed their attitudes about the Tiananmen Square m assacre.
