There's more people in those 2 places then there are in Montana, both the Dakota States, Iowa, Wyoming, but THOSE places have 2 Senators each and at least 2 Congressman.

My greater point is that those 2 areas SHOULD be made into US States and provided 2 US Senators and they EACH would have at least 3 members of congress. Why aren't they? Because they both would be Democrat strongholds.
