  1. is it fair to say most people behind bars are innocent because of their skin color and were arrested by racist cops on trumped up charges? Many of then had a job and paid taxes prior to being arrested for petty crimes so why should they be denied checks? This is another right wing talking point to fire up the base so they'll go vote in 2 years so Republicans can win back the senate and House so they can stop Biden from accomplishing anything. They want him to fail.
