  10.  Johnny J  USUALLY before a case makes its way up to the SCOTUS it has already been heard by the lower courts. They didn't throw out the cases did they? What were the rulings from the LOWER COURTS when they saw "the evidence"?

Why is Sydney Powell now saying " Any reasonable person" would know she was faking her story of voter fraud? That $1.3 BILLION DOLLAR LAWSUIT have anything to do with it?
