This is how the Church have chipped away at sacred tidings for a long time...each generation inflicting scriptures with their own woes, prejudices, and dysfunctional wants...Truth became expedient to these so-called pilgrims...who at best were ignorant, at worst evil...for let us not forget it was the leaders of the Judaean church at the time of Christ Himself...who hounded and harassed him through their lies and vanity...until with the help of Judas and Pilate, they murdered Him. So many of these religious leaders saw themselves above Jesus, above truth, and above the laws of the Almighty, which they are meant to serve...in humility. In the end, truth is truth...and as the man in the video said...beauty is beauty...and both these are sadly missing in today's church and society...this most of us can sense within through our inner voice, the barometer of all spiritual matters. Does that not tell us that we are sinking as spiritual beings...not least in a time when money comes before community, employment, and ecology. No wonder folk try to flee the churches, politics, and modern society...have not all become bastions of the darkness.
