Peter. The 'guys' name from Riverford in the UK is a Guy Singh-Watson...he went from a high flier working in the US to setting up a network of organic farms in and around the UK. He is clear ideas about how we need to grow food and live in the future...and the outstanding issues in the current mainstream economic and food systems. He lives close to Totnes...which is where the Totnes Transition Town initiative began...which has projects around the world, including the US...with the main aim of living without oil and its many products. I feel that you could find a lot of material, projects and people from these contacts to supplement your informative programmes.
