Most advice from holistic therapists suggests taking VITAMIN D with K2. For those who doubt this, I recommend the book "The Miraculous Results of Extremely High Doses of the Sunshine Hormone Vitamin D3 My Experiment with Huge Doses of D3 from 25,000 to 50,000 to 100,000 Iu a Day Over a 1 Year Period" by Jeff T Bowles. Also, check Weston-price for understanding these issues, and why the consumption of grass-fed organs and dairy may be right for you. The fats, which include such vitamins, are transformed in animals that are not eating and receiving forms of adulterated food, including cereal and injections etc. The native indigenous tribes saw the livers and hearts as prize jewels, and would oft eat them raw, which I do myself, as there is extremely little chance of infection. However, in adulterated livestock many infections are likely, so I would not even eat it cooked, quite frankly. Good presentations, thank you.
