And people make up the State...within which they have common interests...which again...they are entitled to defend...Thus, a war may occur with an external agent...Big issues too when different peoples make up a state...then matters get in a very messy state...who has rights then? And it is these kind of arguments between various nations that are increasing and contributing to the coming last great war...land issues, ethnicity issues, geographical, racial, historical, religioius...so many narratives...what is usually lacking is truth and common sense though...sadly. Such is the human race! @alexugur
