  5.  @Mark_badas  Exactly. These kinds of people do it all the time. There's another lobbying organization called the "American Constitution Society" that is ran by progressives. Most of the stuff they lobby for violates the Constitution.

You do realize that the same line of reasoning could be turned about and pointed at the other side: getting outraged by white voice actors portraying non-white characters, yet praising Disney for blackwashing a white character from Danish folklore. In fact, I'd argue that it's worse since most of the stuff they get outraged about is decades old at this point. All the blackwashing is happening now.

  8. Companies with high "ESG" and other related social credit-esq scores actually yield lower returns on investments on average than companies that don't seem to care about such scores. Of course, it's not returns they're worried about, it's obtaining investments in the first place so of course they're going to do whatever BlackRock wants them to do. It's a wonder BlackRock hasn't been broken up as a monopoly.
