  1.  @StillAliveAndKicking_  You make to believe the whole of the German wehrmacht did those thing which just is not true. Most German soldiers hated the einsatzgruppen. Of course the Wehrmacht carried out orders and so attrocities were committed by them too, but which regular army did not commit attrocities in the war? I can't name one.

  2.  @StillAliveAndKicking_  Not the German army but the einsatzgruppen, those were other units created by the SS guy Himmler.
