Russian traditional food is awfull 🤮 Even Russians long time neven eat their traditional food- shee (very poor soup with only water, craut and poteto), repa (type of cooked vegetable), casha. Most famos and normal traditional Russian food is "blini"- thin pancakes. Blini can be just without nothing or with piece of butter, or some any sweet confiture, or if you have much money- with caviar (red or black). All the "Russian food" that you can bay and experience in nowadays- is mix and fugeon from Asian ("pelmeni"), French, Ukranian, Kavkasian and Sentral/Middle Asian kitchens. And of cours, modern recipes from American and Europian kitchens.
