  1. If you're using monero, it shouldn't be. Coinpayments don't require you to create an account, unless you want to get a refund, make a claim or some other stuff that require an account. It's convenient for sellers because they have a instant crypto conversion feature, so merchants can avoid volatility with stablecoins, or just have it convert btc and other cryptos into Monero. That being said, I think this feature requires KYC, so they probably have KYC implemented for themselves on that coinpayments.
