They're the one with the tiny hats stealing from legitimate artists, the true victims here.   4.  @yesfredfredburger8008  Regan is a cheap symptom ; you could even date that back to Harry J. Anslinger's war on Marijuana back in the 1930's. Hemp was a major threat to the Oil & Petrochemical cartel, who owned the Whitehouse through the Rockefellers.
