In France we have been forced by the state to install their smart thermostats. Not only do they emit particularly bad radiations ( which you can get rid of with aluminium foil ), but now they are going to cut down the heat for everyone during winter, just to mess with Putin or something. Also, they are going to cut our internet at night, and go after indoor weed growers, presumably for the same reasons.
