  2.  @HiThisIsMine Actually, patients from the E.U. with enough money will always prefer Belgium (for its world renowned hair surgeons as well as harmonized European laws and standards) over Turkey, which was traditionally considered a "cheaper alternative" even though prices can go as high as anywhere these days with as good surgeons. Problem with Turkey are those really cheap (1500€) popup clinics who don't give two shytes about reputation, and will accept ridiculous demands that would never fly with a normal surgeon. There has been a lot of Turkey horror stories of 20 yo kids managing to get hair transplants on non-stabilized alopecia who ended up with just a patch of implanted hair on their forehead as a result a few years later, and these people always end up having that mess repaired by reputable EU surgeons (which they often won't accept btw). A reputable surgeon from the EU will always mitigate your expectations and refuse to take your money if you're not a good fit for a graft. Some of these Turkey clinics ? not so much. Also, the year after the graft is quite crucial in terms of taking care of your scars, swelling and grafts, so it helps to know that you won't have to fly all the way back to Turkey in case something goes wrong. So yeah, Belgium and Switzerland are the best alternatives out there.
