What people don't understand about coding, is that less than 10% of the global population have the minimum required IQ to learn it as a marketable skill, let alone create anything meaningful with it. You just can't improve your IQ through education, it' a biological reality that no "Coding camp" will ever change. This is the only true reason behind coder scarcity and the consistently high salaries in that profession over the years. This is also the reason behind the lack of "racial and gender diversity" in these companies, if you know what I mean. It's a blatant lie to say that "everyone can code", but this lie has been perpetrated by the media first, these companies are only surfing the wave. This is just as crazy as marketing a basketball school to paraplegic kids, or launching a model school for ugly teens.

@srutisukumar8609 I'm not sure I said that. 99% of people can't code because their genetics won't allow their brain to do that. 99% of people can't even get through the Olympics selections because their genetics won't allow their body to do that either. Everyone is ignoring that fact and it pisses me off.
