This is the single stupidest thing I've read all week. There's nothing less efficient than talking to a machine. Even though this will be a game changer if you lost both hands, it won't help productivity at all and will remain stupid.

Natural language processing is nothing new and it turned out many people just don't like hearing the sound of their own voice outside of a human interaction, if not at all. Having a "normal" conversation with that thing would require abysmally low latency , at least under 500ms, otherwise it just feels like you're having a long distance call in the 80's. Then there's the censorship aspect of it. I tried it and it called me a racist in under 5 minutes. Not normal. And I'm not even factoring in the new privacy concerns people have with giving away their voices for Sam Altman to clone and pair with its eyeball device. Creep. Anyway, besides touchless / buttonless devices, I don't see that changing computers. Although I would like to be able to talk to annoying "handless" appliances such as Alexia or toilets.

@SilverPaladin again, good for the blind community, but I tried it and let me tell you, between extreme censorship and latency, it just feels like you're talking to some very low IQ person on a long distance call in the 1990's. Latency is unavoidable, but I blame this Altman weirdo for nerfing his own products. It is truly disgusting.
