That whole "fake crime scene thing" may have been fun to watch, but the first 20 years verdict was overturned because of it : Her lawyer argued that this scene went viral on YouTube, it may have influenced the jury, that's why she was placed under house arrest for 6 years awaiting her new trial. So maybe it wasnt worth the laugh after all.

I wouldnt be surprised to learn that she saw you took beatings from one of your mutliple boyfriends during childhood, and eventually replicated this pattern, mistaking violence for love. This sad story is well known and far too common, but whatever happened there, it's on you and you know it. Never be a single mom with mutiple dubious boyfriends.

If I was to divorce my wife ( which I would never do until the kids are grown ) I would be honoured if my wife used her brains to engineer such a criminal mastermind plan to get rid of me and the kids. On the opposite spectrum, if she had been indifferent to the whole thing and immediately found somebody else, I would have been quite mad because it would have meant that there was never true feelings after all.
