Mind you, everything is technically "legal" as long as it doesn't involve vagoonal intercoorse. Funny thing is that, anoose is technically OK, but you have no way of knowing what or how you'll end up paying for it. And since there's no street walkers, you'd have to rely either on websites (good luck with google translate) or street touts. Again, it's sketchy, so unless you're actually wealthy, you'll probably just sit there and do nothing as I did.
