@tac6044 It sure means a lot in terms of average intelligence within a certain population or ethnic group. You can check that famous IQ map and realize quickly why certain parts of the world are shitholes and will remain shitholes regardless of how much money you throw at them. On an individual level, that's another discussion. But having an extremely high or a very low IQ still means a lot in terms of cognitive abilities, it's just the bullshit in between that's concerning.
