Got it, but that TechCrunch article is merely pointing out TBC's nonsense narrative and stuff we already knew from this channel.
But neither Musk or TBC officially cancelled their operations, so that's kind of a dodgy title.
I heard about that fine, but $30,000 that's like what ? $10,000,000 per year ?
A billion dollar worth of assets at an average of 5% yearly interest would yield you $50,000,000.
I don't know how much cash Musk has in hand.
But I bet that he could just pay the fines and keep his bullshit boring operation "alive" until the end of times, before eventually going public or having Tesla buy back TBC at the expense of its shareholders, like he did for bullshit SolarCity.
His n°1 selling products are the stonks in his dumb companies, and his followers will always buy that.
So even in that scenario, he wins.

It's a song, interpret it as you want, that's what it's for. But I checked the subs and it's actually car man.
Although they might have mispronounced it on purpose to avoid legal issues with a tantrum throwing sociopath with unlimited resources.
Musk is a shady kid and a lot of people are sick and tired of hearing about him and his bullshit nonsensical pseudo-inventions.
