But neither Musk or TBC officially cancelled their operations, so that's kind of a dodgy title. I heard about that fine, but $30,000 that's like what ? $10,000,000 per year ? A billion dollar worth of assets at an average of 5% yearly interest would yield you $50,000,000. I don't know how much cash Musk has in hand. But I bet that he could just pay the fines and keep his bullshit boring operation "alive" until the end of times, before eventually going public or having Tesla buy back TBC at the expense of its shareholders, like he did for bullshit SolarCity. His n°1 selling products are the stonks in his dumb companies, and his followers will always buy that. So even in that scenario, he wins.

That said, what you people call "corruption" is nothing but what the World Economic Forum encourages under the name "Public / Private Partnerships" and yes, this exists in Germany as well as in France, and frankly in every single occidental "democracy". The US has a different culture and does it in the open, which is way better since at least they get public scrutiny, and the opportunity to follow Nancy Pelosi's trades and get rich. In France, you get people like Bernard Arnault who owns an industry the size of Musk's and he owns the President. Same thing with the Dassault Fighter Jets family at some point, they owned several French President who then bought hundreds of planes and weapons in return.
