I think we can safely count Zuckerberg in, I'd be tempted to also include Bill Gates, as Harvard is a known lab for such experiments (Ted Kaczynski for instance) but I think they let Zuck off the hook at some point recently because he wasn't needed anymore, just look at him now he's back to his chill 2007 interviews vibe.
