  3. Nonetheless, people got scammed during 2 unnecessary months because of him not wanting to use his name and privilege to call the CEO of YouTube regarding a problem that could have been solved within minutes. I'm starting to think that he is the scammer.

  4. I'm guessing they're already making clones as we speak, so the protection will likely be focused on the AI side of things, which will be cloud based. China is apparently pretty bad at competing with current LLMs, and there's ongoing legislative hysteria around those questions. So even if the Chinese manage to replicate the physical product, their version will run on a shit LLM that just won't be up to OpenAI's standards or whatever LLM Humane will bundle with their subscription. Sort of like those pretty good fake iPhones running shitty versions of Android.
