That man is a fraud and most likely blackmailed by the US and foreign powers into doing their bidding. His job is to drain talents and technology out of France into the US by taxing and regulating tech startups, to a point where french companies simply cannot compete and have to move into the US with their tech and talent. Young engineers and entrepreneurs earning +100k a year are taxed at +60% so it doesn't even make any sense to stay there, even with a nice paying job. That's his job. That's what he has been made president for. Even before that, he sold industrial giant Alstom to General Electric as well as other strategic nuclear assets in a $13 billion deal that doesn't make any sense outside of corruption or blackmail. It's like that Ghostwriter movie by Roman Polanski. Ultimately, every decision he makes turns into a loss for France and the French.
