Unfortunately that is now a very common occurrence and it probably already happened to you in an Airbnb, public restroom, school, university and so on. Would you consider yourself an unknowing a victim ? Come on now. You need to calm down. The only reason you didn't hear about it is because most people are not stupid enough to tape their own entire personal iPhone with the flash on. It is abysmally stupid and creepy, but comparing that to rape is unhinged and an insult to people who have been raped.
