At which point, the cops/prosecutor will ask him to prove his innocence, and this could mean months of detention. Same mechanism in Singapore, except they literally whip your ass with a bamboo cane, so you get permanent ass scars + prison time.

There are dozens of reddit threads, discussions all over the darkweb, even several high profile cases involving foreign executives. Everybody knows that "muh human rights I'm innocent" is a White people thing which doesn't even make sense outside of White countries. Here are two high-profile cases : 2015 Julie Hamp, Toyota Global PR chief, a diversity hire by CEO Akiyo Chiyoda, who was mysteriously sent oxycodone ( of all things 😂😂) and forced to resigned and leave Japan ( only to be reintegrated in 2022, because she was likely framed by a jealous Japanese colleague lurking for her seat ). 2017, Thomas Siebert, Volkswagen chief of service in Japan, booked for having received Poppers from Slovenia, later admitted to coke use ( bad idea in Japan ) probably under pressure from the cops/prosecutor. It's bad but it happens

  14. ​ @SuperSlimshady1  I have no idea, but they will investigate your room, computer, social networks and you will get tested for drugs (btw having THC in your system equals possession) so at that point, your best chance if you're innocent, is to not actually be a stoner, and even then your odds are thin. Having shared a Bob Marley song on Facebook in 2008 is probably already a bad look. Having pictures of you smoking weed is probably a death sentence 😂😂 Regardless, the point is they can hold someone for 3 weeks without a charge, and that's enough to mess with someone's life, just by sending them an anonymous package from the darkweb.
