@jayowen4910 Anything who worries about climate change and does not mention China being the #1 contributor in the world to the problem is being disingenuous. Canada could stop ALL its CO2 emissions tomorrow and it would have a negligible impact on the global situation. China stopping all its CO2 emissions tomorrow would have a significant impact.

markus warner Even the Bloc could potentially win if they went hardcore right LOL. The Bloc Quebecois only runs candidates in Quebec. It's not a national party, and we do not have proportional representation.

@laingadaing They prevent you from showing serious symptoms which are statistically rare to begin with. That claim is debatable itself. Hospitalization and ICU rates among unvaccinated and fully vaccinated persons is not that different. In Canada, so far, the unvaccinated actually have a lower rate of hospitalization and death as compared to infected vaccinated persons. To be fair, the number of infected vaccinated persons is much lower, so perhaps as the number of vaccinated cases climb the rate will drop. But so far, it is higher.

markus warner All the feds have to do is say, "Do this, or else you wont get your equalization payment" or "Do this, and you'll get a big cheque from us." The latter just happened. Ford insisted vaccine passports would not be implemented because of their divisive nature, then after Trudeau dangled a $1 BILLION payout to develop such a passport system, Ford reversed his position and signed up.
