  2. If it was a "weather" balloon that went off course, Balloons don't have a course. They can only go where the wind takes them. Do you see any engines on it?

  3.  @guymontag2948  t's not a standard balloon, in that it's considerably larger, which allows a larger payload And how do you know that? What is its size exactly? You know balloons going to high altitude grow in size as the external air pressure decreases, right? How large a payload could this supposedly carry? Were any transmissions detected coming from this balloon? If the answer is no, then how exactly was any data allegedly acquired going to be returned? Think. It's not that hard.

  13.  @commonsensecraziness7595  The Chinese claimed it was caught up in a stream of air and the self-maneuvering capability of the balloon wasn't enough to overcome it. Balloons don't have maneuvering ability -- that's why they are balloons. Do you see any engines in the photos? It's a balloon, not a blimp.
