So you are explicitly letting China off the hook despite the fact it is the biggest emitter of CO2 in the world, and has been the #1 emitter of CO2 in the world for 17 years in a row. China emitted more total CO2 over those 17 years than has the United States over the last 31 years. In fact, China has emitted more total CO2 since 1975 than has any other nation in the world. Why are you absolving China of its share of the blame for climate change?
