@donmckay7742 History, including recent history, is filled with cruelty. It is hardly unique. Perhaps the discovery should be treated as a crime scene: seal it off, fully investigate what happened, then prosecute those responsible for any crimes if any of the alleged perpetrators are still alive.

@jwychau Here's the crux of the matter: did Ryerson actually implement and administer the residential school policy? If the answer is no, then perhaps those who actually implemented and administered the policy should be held to account. Put the blame and the responsibility on those who actually ordered and did the deeds.
