  2. Doesn't matter anymore in regards to CBC News, as they seemed to have turned off comments on all their recent uploads. CTV News looks set to follow suit, having turned off comments on select videos (it starts with selected videos, and ends up with all videos having disabled comments).

  7. The corporate "news" outlets are nothing more than mouthpieces of the federal government. Which shouldn't be a surprise, really, given the $600 million in federal governments subsidies paid out to them.
