  1. I find the famliy members defending their kin who did a despicable act disgusting. If it were my kid and he really did the murder, I would disown him and apologize to the victim's family, the family of the murderer have twisted morals.

  2.  @jenkroberts8973  mentally ill or not if it were my family member who did this, I would be ashamed and not justify things, heck I would disown my own blood if a crime like this was done. and apologize to the victims family. I suggest to the family of the killer not to spend a dime on their kin, let he go to the public defenders office or heck defend himself.

  8. From what I read, the guy got out of the car and stabbed the doctor multiple times while the doctor was down , the doc got mowed down by the car and launched into the intersection, . The stabber was screaming about white privillege and out of control after being held back by civilians. I think what happened the Driver of the car was heavilly intoxicated probably had drugs in his system as well as alcohol, struck the doctor, but was out of his mind and went out and then stabbed the injured man to death , the driver will probably try to plead not guilty by reason of insanity but this will fail. life in prison parole in 15 to 25 years. Accountant life is over. He can start a new career in prison by being a jail house accountant for the crips and bloods, probably tallying extortion money.

  10. they wont care about the mental illness defense. they will make it so he knew right from wrong. Life no parole. and they might even charge the family members with providing him with fire arms knowing he had mental illness. and not reporting him. The family of the murder suspect can even be sued by the deputy's family. The killers family might become bankrupt sell their home due to the actions of their sibling.

  11. I suggest the shooter gonzalez be tried as competent and get life in prison with no possibility of parole, why??? CA prisons are very much gang controlled and have strrict rules, this child killer will probably get abused and killed in a CA prison since the gangs there do not tolerate child killers and rapists. let the prisoners deal the justice he deserves.
