  1. yes all that plus the fact Russian oligarchs and elites really hate the Russian central bank esp. Elvira, yah this all started when Putin close Putin buddy Sergey Chemesov got into a ugly political spat with Elvira, so Putin chose his buddy over Elvira so now very doubtful thatd hte Interest rate will be raised beyond the current rate.

  2. yah cause Putin cant piss of the Russian elites and oliigarchs right now esp. the CEO of Rostec Sergey Chemesov and Rostec is practically the Russian military industrial complex. I heard Elvira almost fell out of a window due to the spat with Chemesov. Anyways , looks like Elvira has now nothing in her back of tricks to control hyperinflation, yep its coming to Russia in 2025, and Putin hopes to get all sanctions lifted by then. but even taht wont save the Russian economy , probably delay the inevetible. the war really has cost Russia a lot in its economy. and that will all be paid by the Russian people after the war.
